The Twello Property Management Team

Karen comes to Twello Property Management Inc. with a wealth of experience in property management, having managed a portolio of over 500 properties with both local and multi-national companies.  Her career includes experience in the following areas of property and asset management: university accommodation; long term tenancy; single and multi-family residential; commercial properties; and storage. 

Karen understands that the key to People, Properties and Prosperity is relationships with owners, tenants and staff that are built on responsiveness, accountability, respect and trust. With these values in mind, she provides leadership to the day to day managment and oversight of properties in the Twello portfolio.

Pam Munro comes to us with experience in the real estate market and with some property managment experience. Pam is always cheerful with a smile on her face and always ready and willing to lend a helping hand.

Maintenance:

Charlene makes it her top priority to keep your buildings smelling fresh and clean at all times. She is great with the tenants and always has a smile on her face. She comes to us with many years of cleaning experience. Charlene also is our leasing person in the Saint John area. She always portraits a professional mannerism.

Rick O'Donnell comes to Twello Property Management with several years of Property Maintenance experience. Rick can handle all daily maintenance issues as well as oversee and perform major renovations. Rick has great respect for all tenants and wants to make sure they are always comfortable in their homes. Rick is available for all of our 24/7 on call services and has great knowledge in appliance repair as well. He is truly a great asset to have on board.
